Modified Faine's (Leptospirosis)
Modified Faine's criteria combining clinical (Part A), epidemiological (Part B), and laboratory (Part C) elements to support a clinical diagnosis of leptospirosis.
Headache 2; Fever 2; Temp ≥ 39°C 2; Conjunctival suffusion 4; Meningism 4; Muscle pain 4; Jaundice 1; Albuminuria/azotemia 2. Conjunctival suffusion + meningism + muscle pain together = 10 (in lieu of separate scoring)
Rainfall, contact with contaminated water, livestock or rodent exposure, occupational risk
