Combines sputum conversion, symptom and weight trajectory, adherence, and resistance flags to grade response to TB therapy. Drives decisions about continuation-phase initiation, retesting, and DST referral.

Continued weight loss / failure to gain weight

Poor adherence (missed > 20% of doses or interrupted treatment)

Drug-susceptibility testing — resistance detected
