Mechanism

Moxetumomab pasudotox is a CD22-directed antibody fused to a truncated form of the Pseudomonas exotoxin A. Upon entering cells, the exotoxin inhibits protein synthesis through ADP-ribosylation of elongation factor 2 and causes cell death.
