Mechanism
Relatlimab is a human IgG4 that targets LAG3 (lymphocyte activation gene 3).
Indications
untreated advanced melanoma (in combination with nivolumab)first-line treatment of advanced melanoma (in combination with nivolumab)activity after progression on other checkpoint inhibitorsinvestigated in the neoadjuvant setting for palpable nodal disease
