Mechanism
An ester of testosterone that can be administered orally as an oily solution. It is absorbed through lymphatics, bypassing first-pass hepatic metabolism, and then deesterified to active testosterone.
Indications
male hypogonadismosteoporosisidiopathic male infertility (efficacy unproven)

- 1–3 capsules daily for male hypogonadism, osteoporosis
