Mechanism
Trilaciclib is a CDK4/6 kinase inhibitor that transiently maintains immune cells and hemopoietic stem and progenitor cells in G1 cell cycle arrest to reduce bone marrow toxicity of chemotherapy.
Indications
decrease the incidence of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression in patients receiving a platinum/etoposide-containing regimen or topotecan-containing regimen for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer
