  • use of thrombolytic agents

infusion reactionsamyloid-related imaging abnormalities (ARIA)
Serious
  • Amyloid-related imaging abnormalities (ARIAs) including localized cerebral edema (ARIA-E)
  • microhemorrhages (ARIA-H)
  • seizures
  • stroke-like episodes
  • death (very rarely)
  • catastrophic intracerebral hemorrhages (if used with thrombolytic agents)
