- Amyloid-related imaging abnormalities (ARIAs) including localized cerebral edema (ARIA-E)
- microhemorrhages (ARIA-H)
- seizures
- stroke-like episodes
- death (very rarely)
- catastrophic intracerebral hemorrhages (if used with thrombolytic agents)
