Mechanism
First-in-class STAMP inhibitor that specifically targets the ABL1 myristoyl pocket. Binds this myristoyl site and restores the lost inhibitory activity, which is a negative regulator of ABL1 kinase activity.

Third-line therapy for CMLT315I mutation
Dosing
- Adult
- Third-line therapy: 40 mg twice daily or 80 mg daily; T315I mutation: 200 mg twice daily
