Mechanism

Erdafitinib is a selective pan-FGFR kinase inhibitor that also inhibits other kinases including RET, CSF1R, PDGFR, KIT, and VEGFR2.

Indications

locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma with FGFR2 or FGFR3 genetic alterations that has progressed after chemotherapy
