Mechanism

Regorafenib is a small molecule inhibitor that targets and inhibits several protein kinases. This action interferes with various cellular processes crucial for tumor growth, angiogenesis, and metastasis.

Indications

  • Myocardial ischaemia or infarction
  • Hypertensive crisis
