Indications
iron deficiency in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis in conjunction with supplemental EPO therapy
Dosing
- Adult
- Multiple doses of 125–250 mg. A 125-mg dose is administered over 1 hour.
Contraindications
- pregnancy (due to benzyl alcohol preservative)
