Mechanism
A bispecific antibody that binds to two different cell surface targets: CD3 on human lymphocytes and BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen) on myeloma cells, bringing T cells closer to myeloma cells to induce cell death.
Indications
Relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (after 4 prior lines of therapy with prior exposure to PI, IMiD, and anti-CD38 antibody)

- Cytokine release syndrome
- Neurotoxicity
- Significant susceptibility to infectious complications
