Mechanism
Bezlotoxumab is a monoclonal antibody directed against Clostridioides difficile toxin B. It works by neutralizing the toxin, thereby reducing the risk of rCDI.
Indications
Adjuvant therapy for patients at high risk for recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection (rCDI) who are receiving vancomycin, fidaxomicin, or metronidazole.
Dosing

- 10 mg/kg given IV
