Mechanism
Donanemab is a monoclonal antibody that targets Aβ. It reduces amyloid plaque burden as measured by PET and has been found to modestly slow clinical decline.
Indications
MCI due to ADmild dementia due to AD
Dosing

Contraindications
- use of thrombolytic agents

- seizures
- stroke-like episodes
- death (very rarely)
