Mechanism

A modified γ-cyclodextrin with high affinity for rocuronium and vecuronium; encapsulates one molecule of the blocker within its molecule forming an inactive chelate. As the plasma concentration of free rocuronium falls, it rapidly dissociates from the Nm receptor and neuromuscular transmission is restored.
