Mechanism

Terizidone contains 2 molecules of cycloserine and has antibacterial properties and mechanism of action similar to it (inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis).

Indications

Resistant TB (as a substitute for cycloserine)Genitourinary TB (as a substitute for cycloserine)

Dosing

Adult: 500–750 mg/day
