Mechanism
VX, an organophosphate, is among the most potent synthetic toxic agents known. It inhibits acetylcholinesterase by forming a stable conjugate with the active center serine through phosphorylation, leading to prolonged enzyme inhibition.

Slower dermal absorption but highly toxic.
Metabolism
