Mechanism

Indications

Vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss associated with Ménière’s disease

Dosing

Adult
By mouth: Initially 16 mg 3 times a day, preferably taken with food; maintenance 24–48 mg daily.
Max dose
48 mg daily
