Indications
Vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss associated with Ménière’s disease
Dosing
- Adult
- By mouth: Initially 16 mg 3 times a day, preferably taken with food; maintenance 24–48 mg daily.
- Max dose
- 48 mg daily
Contraindications
- Phaeochromocytoma
- Asthma
- History of peptic ulcer
